Kaleb decided to be a Fireman this Halloween. He loved the hat more than anything and continues to wear it around the house. He had a couple opportunities to wear the costume at a Parents as Teachers party and on Halloween. The weather on Halloween was amazing, so Dennis and I actually sported our Flintstones costumes as well. We went over to the Williams' house on Nottingham Street in our old neighborhood. Nottingham is the place to be in South City. The street is closed off to traffic and there are close to 1,000 trick-or-treaters. Each house is decorated and owners are in costume handing out candy.
Kaleb got to trick-or-treat with Lauren. They were extremely excited about all the candy and didn't seem to mind some of the scary costumes. It was cute watching them hold hands from house to house.
Kaleb helped me carve our pumpkin. He loved scoping out the inside but wasn't all that crazy about having it all over his hands. The pumpkin turned out pretty good!
